After responding to a complaint of a man exposing his genitals to motorists on a main street in York City, police caught the man in a breezeway between two buildings.

Brant James Stultz, 30, of the 100 block of Main Street, York Springs, Adams County, was charged with three counts each of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.

He was released from York County Prison after posting $4,000 bail, according to a district court spokesperson.

Police arrested Stultz in the 200 block of East Market Street about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. After being taken into custody, Stultz was positively identified by two women who were in a vehicle at the time Stultz exposed his genitals, according to a criminal complaint filed by police Officer Gregory Schick.

One of the victims also told police Stultz was the man who exposed himself on Oct. 22.
