The investments will create 194 jobs and help retain another 480 jobs, according to the governor's office. The projects are:

York College was given $2.5 million to develop the Smurfit-Stone property to provide a new campus security office, fund housing for six to eight criminal justice students and to remodel a warehouse for new start-up businesses.
Sixteen bridges in York County will be repaired, costing $33 million.
The economic development money is part of more than $642 million in new investments statewide announced by Rendell in a five-day bus tour that was to end later today in Reading.
