The Central Pennsylvania chapter of the Arthritis Foundation will sponsor a self-help program in York from 10 a.m. to noon Thursdays from May 15 to June 19 at York Hospital.

The self-management program functions much like a support group and focuses on issues such as depression, pain and perceived barriers to medical care, as well as daily living and support for those affected by arthritis. To register, call 851-3500 by May 12.
