An arrest warrant has been issued for a 44-year-old York man for allegedly robbing a downtown bank Thursday afternoon.
York City Police are looking for Louie Allen Tracey, of the 600 block of Wallace Street.
Police say Tracey walked into the M&T Bank at 21 E. Market St. and gave a teller a note demanding money around 4 p.m. He fled the area with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
There were no injuries or weapon involved, police said.
Investigators, with the help of the York County Probation Department, were able to identify Tracey, whose image was captured on a bank surveillance camera and released to the public, police said.
Anyone with information about this robbery or Tracey's whereabouts is asked to call city police at 846-1234 or 849-2219.
