Speaking out against a proposed state constitutional amendment that would outlaw gay marriage - in order to guard the institution of marriage - Sen. Vince Fumo, D-Philadelphia, proposed an amendment that would also essentially outlaw divorce. Do you agree outlawing divorce would protect the sanctity of marriage?
