New Horizons for Animals Spay/Neuter Program
A low-cost and subsidized spay/neuter certificate program for pets of low-income families, senior citizens, and caretakers of strays in Lebanon County. For more information, call (717) 273-1957.

PAWS Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Program
A free program for spaying and neutering feral and stray cats. In exchange, callers must commit to providing permanent shelter, food and water for the cats. All cats must be at least six months old and will receive rabies and distemper vaccinations, treatment for parasites, post-operative antibiotics, ear cleaning and tipping, and minor first aid. York County SPCA's Operation FUR (Fight Unwanted Reproduction) is a proactive effort by the SPCA to spay or neuter an increased number of outdoor and feral cats. Call the York County SPCA at 717-764-6109 if you are interested in having your outside or neighborhood cats spayed or neutered.

York County SPCA Spay Our Strays Program
In-house low-cost veterinary spay/neuter clinic for feral cats that includes spay/neuter clinic for feral cats that includes health examination, one-year Rabies vaccination, FeLV testing and ear clipping.
