Tulpehocken defeated Eastern York, 4-0, in their District 3 Class AA girls' soccer tournament semifinal at Central Dauphin High School tonight.

Lyndy Snyder scored the first two goals for Tulpehocken. She scored just 3:42 into the game and then again at the 15-minute mark.

Tulpehocken added a third goal, by Regina Stump, at the 29-minute mark and a fourth goal --- Snyder's third --- just four minutes before halftime.

There was no scoring in the second half.

The Golden Knights, now 20-3, were attempting to become the first YAIAA team to advance to a District 3 girls' soccer tournament championship game. Eastern York has, however, already qualified for the PIAA tournament.
